Herbal Klassic Return Policy

At HerbalKlassic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural skincare purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

What can be returned?

You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.

What cannot be returned?

    •    Opened or used items
    •    Items damaged due to customer misuse
    •    Items purchased on sale or with a discount code 
    •    Free gifts or promotional items

How to return an item:
    1    Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.
    2    We will then provide you with a return shipping label (for US orders only) or instructions for returning the item.
    3    Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs:
    •    We will cover the return shipping cost for US orders only.
    •    For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

Exceptions:
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
